Bucket List Blogfest!

my top 5 things on my bucket list.

1) To see one of my books on a book shelf at it store.  To clarify, a book I wrote, not a book I bought.  I've seen that before, and while it's pretty awesome, it's not nearly as impressive.

2) Australia,  I'd love to spend a month there.  Really checking it out, hanging out in a place where nature is trying to kill you.

3) To blog and not have a single mistake, spelling or grammar.

4) To see Alaska before all the icebergs melt.  (Climate change is a real thing, people)

5) Finish Bucketlist.

Dude, I can totally check one off!

Don't forget to sign up for my life is awesome contest.
You could win a $25 gift card to Amazon, a pre-order of Where She Went, or a FULL Manuscript crit.

  3. Awesome on finishing #5!! Now if all the others were that easy, right?

I'd love to see Australia and Alaska too. I've actually decided there are very few places in the world I wouldn't love to see - we live on a fascinating planet.

I'm here by way of the blog festival - it's great to meet you!

  5. Australia must be, like, #6 on my list. =) Have you read Bill Bryson's book on Australia? Fantastic! (In a Sunburned Country)

  6. Global warming is real. Thank you! Love the list. Travel seems to be popping up again and again. It must really be, um, awesome.

    Thanks for hosting the blogfest!

  7. Nice! I'd love to visit Australia as well - such a beautiful, diverse country. We are planning on taking an Alaskan cruise in a few years too!

  8. I feel really argumentative, but... climate change does NOT exist. Studies have shown - more studies than the ones suggesting evidence of global warming - that, yes, we did enter into a brief period of warming, but it was by, like, tenths of degrees. In the past five years, we've gone into a period of cooling, hence the East Coast's ridiculous winter snowstorms. Also, what's happening on one side of the world could be completely different from what's happening on the other.

-_- Wow. Sorry. I really didn't mean to go into rant mode. Besides that, though, I loved your post. :)

  9. I would love to go to Australia, although all the crazy bugs and snakes and spiders (Sydney Funnel Web, augh!) would make me a little nervous. ;) Great list!

  11. Amen to #1! And I'd love to go to Australia, though I know when I'm there I will be terrified of all the crazy dangerous spiders/snakes/sea-creatures. But at least they have koalas :-D

So great to meet you today--the conference was so fun!

  12. I'm so down with visiting Australia--oh, and seeing my own book in a store would be pretty cool. :)

  13. That's awesome that everyone wants to visit Australia! Come on over.
I must admit that I am a tad biased being an Aussie. I've seen quite a lot of our diverse country but I haven't been to Ayers Rock yet which is on my bucket list.

  14. Love #3! Even though I triple check every post, I keep finding errors after reading them like months later! I have to get better at that!
